No, we're not a hotel. We are a B&B and do not have 24 hours reception. It’s very important that you let us know when we can expect you to arrive with us or to Mexico City’s airport. Reception is only by appointment.

Yes, if the room is ready you can check-in, if not you can leave you bags and come back latter for check-in. If you want to have confirmed access to your room before check in time you will have to book the night before.
